Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed, packed, or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
To request a cancellation, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for cancellation.
If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Returned products must be:
Unused and in their original condition.
In the original packaging with all tags, labels, manuals, and accessories intact.
Accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.
Products showing signs of use, damage, alteration, or misuse will not be accepted for return or refund.
Customized, personalized, special-order, or clearance sale products are not eligible for return or refund.
Once your returned product is received and inspected by our team:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or store credit after verification.
The following items are not eligible for refund:
Products purchased under clearance sales, special promotions, or discount offers.
Customized or personalized products.
Gift cards, vouchers, or promotional items.
Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling after delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Kindly provide photographs of the product and packaging along with your order details. After verification, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, payment gateway, or financial institution. While we initiate refunds promptly, actual credit timelines may differ.
